Say It Lad started in Norwich as an anonymous voice note platform where men speak openly about what is going on in their lives. No names. No accounts. No pressure to find the right words.

Until now, our clothing has only been available online. Dogfish changes that.

You can now walk into one of Norwich’s best-known independent shops, see the pieces properly and buy them straight from the rail.

Every T-shirt carries the Say It Lad message, if you're struggling, go straight to the platform, where you can record a voice note or listen to what other men have shared.

The clothing helps fund the platform and with the thanks to Dogfish, we can keep being there for lad when they need us.
