Leon McKenzie
Leon McKenzie is a former Premier League striker and professional boxer who built a standout sporting career with clubs including Crystal Palace, Peterborough United, Norwich City, and Coventry City before stepping into the boxing ring as an English title contender. Drawing from his own battles with depression throughout elite sport, he has established himself as one of the UK’s most respected advocates and keynote speakers on male mental health and resilience. A dedicated ambassador for breaking the stigma around speaking out, he actively backs Say It Lad, supporting its mission to provide men with an anonymous space to be heard

Locksmith / Rudimental
Locksmith, is a founding member, DJ, and live hype man of the multi-platinum, BRIT Award-winning drum and bass group Rudimental. Rising from Hackney, East London, to global festival mainstages, he has delivered multiple UK number-one records while establishing himself as a prominent television personality, fitness coach, and former semi-professional footballer. A dedicated advocate for mental health and resilience, he actively backs Say It Lad, supporting its mission to give men an anonymous space to speak openly.

David Smith / The Mindset Soilder
David Smith, known as The Mindset Soldier, is a British Army veteran, former Grenadier Guardsman, and high-performance mindset coach. Awarded a Mention in Dispatches for saving a comrade's life under sniper fire in Afghanistan, he has transformed his personal battles with severe childhood adversity, homelessness, and combat-induced PTSD into practical frameworks for resilience, discipline, and accountability. A dedicated public speaker and mentor committed to helping men rebuild mental fortitude and take ownership of their lives, he actively backs Say It Lad, supporting its mission to provide an anonymous platform where men can speak openly and be heard.

David Bentley is a former Premier League and England international footballer known for his technical skill, pinpoint delivery, and standout spells at clubs including Arsenal, Blackburn Rovers, Norwich City, and Tottenham Hotspur. Renowned for scoring memorable top-flight goals, including a famous hat-trick against Manchester United and his iconic 43-yard North London derby strike, he has since transitioned into business and open discussion around modern sport.
